ELIGIBILITY


Eligibility for Outstanding CEO:

  1. Current Position:

    • The nominee must be the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of their organisation.
  2. Tenure:

    • The nominee should have served as the CEO of the organisation for a minimum of one year.
  3. Organisation Type:

    • The nominee can be from any industry, including public, private, and non-profit sectors.
  4. Geographical Scope:

    • The nominee’s organisation should operate within the region specified by the awards criteria.
  5. Leadership Impact:

    • Demonstrates a significant positive impact on the organisation’s performance, culture, and strategic direction.
  6. Innovation and Growth:

    • Has successfully driven innovation, growth, and strategic initiatives within the organisation.

    • Evidence of significant financial growth and stability under the CEO’s leadership.

  3. Innovation and Strategic Initiatives (15%)

    • Introduction and implementation of innovative ideas and strategies that drive organisational improvement.
    • Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to changing market conditions.
  4. Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement (15%)

    • Creation and maintenance of a positive organisational culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.
