This prestigious award honors an exceptional individual who has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance, dedication, and a positive impact within their organization over the past year. The recipient is someone who goes above and beyond their role, exemplifying the company’s values, driving innovation, fostering teamwork, and contributing meaningfully to business success.


ELIGIBILITY


  • Open to full-time or part-time employees at any level within an organization.

  • Nominee must have been employed with the company for a minimum of 12 months.

  • Open to employees from all sectors and industries.

  • The individual must not hold an executive or senior management title (e.g., CEO, Director).




Judging Criteria


The judging panel will evaluate nominations based on a combination of qualitative attributes and measurable outcomes. The assessment will focus on the individual’s contribution to the organization, growth, leadership, and their embodiment of company values.



QUALITATIVE CRITERIA


  • Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrates leadership regardless of title; takes initiative and motivates others.

  • Work Ethic & Integrity: Upholds high standards of responsibility, reliability, and ethical conduct.

  • Innovation: Actively seeks new ways to improve workflows, services, or products.

  • Team Collaboration: Promotes a healthy team environment, communicates effectively, and supports colleagues.

  • Customer Focus: Ensures high levels of internal or external customer satisfaction.




METRICS


  • Performance Metrics: Achievement of KPIs or targets relevant to the role.

  • Efficiency Gains: Quantifiable improvements in processes or resource utilization.

  • Revenue or Cost Impact: Any measurable financial contribution (if applicable).

  • Customer or Peer Feedback: Ratings, testimonials, or satisfaction scores.

  • Recognition History: Awards, appreciations, or commendations received during the year.




ADDITIONAL CRITERIA


  • A nomination statement from a supervisor, peer, or department head.

  • Evidence supporting the employee’s achievements (reports, stats, customer letters, etc.).

  • Optional: A brief video or written testimonial from colleagues or clients.
